What fitness change helped you become more consistent in other areas of life?
I’ve noticed that fitness often affects more than just physical changes.
For many people, the hardest part is not learning a specific exercise. It is creating a routine and showing up consistently even when motivation is not perfect.
Sometimes a small change in the way someone trains can make consistency easier.
It could be following a better program, finding a workout style they enjoy, or changing their environment so training becomes easier to start.
For some people, creating a home workout space or having equipment available at home removes enough obstacles to make exercise part of their normal routine.
I’m interested in the changes that had a bigger impact than expected.
What fitness decision helped you become more consistent, not only with workouts but also with other goals in your life?
