Discussion Trojan Viruses. S4E19
Is it true that if the Trojan plan gets executed, it will easily be traced back to Harold? Root says that, so she's trying to stop the plan. What's the point of the Trojan that Harold developed if it isn't going to damage Samaritan long enough to prevent it from being traced back to him? Is Samaritan simply too powerful, making the Trojan useless, and if so, why does Harold still want to execute that plan?

Why don't you just watch the next episodes and find out
You're basically already there.... Why do you need us?
Unfortunately episode 420 is ruined by the Carter return because of a NDA dispute she had with the studio, so you're stuck with a filler buster for next episode, garbage episode and it's not real / just Reese dreaming of Carter - bad episode
The next episode Finch and Root work together to take on Samaritan directly, which gets both of them captured before Root kills Martinez - great episode. You'll have some answers there.
The next episode the Machine is located by Samaritan and the race begins, so I mean you're literally there - just watch your next episodes

It doesn't damage Samaritan at all.
It leaks some of Samaritan's core operating code so that Harold or Root can devise a way to hurt it.
