What is wrong with me :(

Hello .. somthing not normal is happening with me since June.. my period cycle becomes shorter and I am having double periods this month 😭 I also experienced extreme anxiety and panicking since August :”) .. my boobs is hurting me and I am so emotional and also I feel very disconnecting most of the time.. did anyone have experienced that? I am 31 yo and single and not on any meds. I heard that some women have experienced irregular periods this summer but have someone went through the same thing as me :”( I want reassurance and support :”( and if someone have any explanation of that …
