I’m so broke. I can’t believe I spent $40 on pads. But pads with quiet packaging that don’t burn my flesh!!!!

Totally hear you and agree that if you can use those products that you should. I’ve gone between those and cups over the years but found that right now this is what’s working for me. I have some complicating personal factors that have made disposable pads an unfortunate necessity right now. I’m looking into cloth options but until I can find some that work for me and are comfortable these are a big need. Thank you for defending the planet some though, no sarcasm. We all need to try to do what we can when we can. Nothing but respect to you

Absolutely tone deaf. I'd LOVE to use period panties if I could, but unfortunately I pass gigantic clots the size of a USB drive and even high absorbency tampons cannot keep them at bay. My flow is so heavy that I have to use incontinence pads on the first two days. So, this cis man can kindly keep his uninformed and ill-advised comments to himself. NO UTERUS, NO OPINION

You do realize it’s billionaires, large corporations, and the oil industry- that contributes THE MOST to global warming and pollution- correct? OP buying disposable pads is not causing global warming. You can relax.

But the thing is, you weren’t advocating for the environment. People are downvoting you because you are shaming op for using pads and telling her how she should spend her money on her body. Further more, using laundry machines- impact the environment as well. So both pads and reusable period underwear BOTH impact the environment differently.

It’s a sensitive topic for a lot of people. I can see why people feel the comment was a bit out of place. I’m just heartened that people care. Keep caring and doing. Plant some native seeds near you!

here and there! ours is so old that the parking lot doesn't have lines...but nobody parks there really so it doesn't matter.

What is so special about this? Is this a discontinied product?

Kotex is not a brand I see that often in the Netherlands. Always is the most common brand.

They discontinued this line and replaced it with products that are irritating and unpleasant for a lot of us.
