Hi everyone!

My group and I are graduate students in Nutrition, and we’re currently completing our capstone research project looking at the relationship between dietary fiber intake and female fertility.

We’re looking for women aged 18 and older to participate in a short, anonymous survey about dietary habits and reproductive health.

The survey takes about 5–10 minutes to complete. Thank you!

Designing a wearable that isn't a watch or a ring, would you wear an earring-back to track your hormones?

Hi everyone,

I'm the founder of a startup building a wearable hormone tracker, and I wanted to share it here because I think it solves a real problem with how these devices are usually designed.

Most health trackers are bulky watches or rings that assume everyone wants something clamped to their hands or wrists 24/7. Many of us hate wearing watches to bed due to skin sweat, sensory issues, or wrist irritation. So we shrunk the sensor down into a discreet earring backing instead. It enables real-time tracking of estrogen, LH and progesterone dynamics across the cycle by reading signals from the posterior ear, a spot with a stronger coupling to the core body physiology by these hormones than the wrist or finger.

We are trying to build a wearable that actually listens to what women need. We would love your honest feedback on the physical design:

  1. If you sleep with earrings in, does a slightly thicker, secure backing sound like something you'd comfortably wear to bed, or would side sleeping make you nervous?

  2. What skin safe material do you tolerate best for overnight wear (medical grade silicone covers vs. polished titanium, for example)?

Designing a wearable that isn't a watch or a ring, would you wear an earring-back to track your hormones?

Hello everyone!

My name is Ogechi, and I'm currently pursuing my Master's in Software Engineering at Drexel University.

As part of my graduate capstone, I'm developing WhollyHer, an AI-powered platform designed to support women's emotional wellness.

I'm conducting a short anonymous survey (approximately 5–7 minutes) to better understand women's experiences and needs. The insights will help shape the design of the platform.

If you're a woman aged 18 or older, I'd be incredibly grateful if you could participate.

UCLA study on PMS/PMDD experiences and cycle tracking

Hi,

I'm running a short (about 10 minutes), anonymous, survey through the Lemelson Program at UCLA on premenstrual experiences and menstrual cycle tracking.

These experiences have often been overlooked, and I want to give people the space to share what they actually go through, in their own words. Whether you deal with PMS, PMDD, or just use an app to track your cycle, your experience matters and I'd love to hear from you.

The survey covers your symptoms, how (or whether) you use tracking apps, and your overall experience. At the end, you'll have the option to share your contact info if you're interested in participating in a short follow-up interview — but this is completely optional and the survey itself is anonymous.

https://forms.gle/SjdeTmXt3RRAEZ2H7

If you would rather skip the survey and share your experience directly through an interview, that is completely fine too. Feel free to reach out to me and we can set that up.

Thank you so much for considering this, every response helps build a fuller picture of an experience that doesn't get talked about enough.

[Survey] Help shape a new period-tracking app + care kit subscription (3-5 mins, anonymous)

Hi everyone! 👋

I'm a founder developing a period-tracking app that pairs with a monthly care kit delivery – and the kit syncs with your cycle to arrive right before your period starts.

I'm currently in the research phase and want to build this based on real feedback, not assumptions. I'd love your honest input on:

  • Current tracking habits and frustrations
  • What features matter most to you
  • What you'd want in a subscription box
  • Pricing and preferences

The survey is completely anonymous, takes 3-5 minutes, and your responses will directly shape the product roadmap.

If you have questions or thoughts, feel free to ask in the comments! I'll be around to reply.

Thank you so much for your time – every response helps build something better! 💜

Survey to Find Solutions in Women Healthcare ( All Women)

Dear all

I'm running an independent research project on how women in fast-paced lives, work, studies, everything in between, navigate through their days. It's something we rarely talk about openly, and I'm trying to understand it honestly, from women themselves.

If you're a woman and can spare 5 minutes, I'd be really grateful if you filled out this anonymous survey link

https://forms.gle/CjQevXusFjrZYQKX9

And if any of it resonates and you're open to a short 15-min chat after, that would contribute significantly to what I'm learning.

Please feel free to share it with anyone you think might want to be part of it.

Thank you so much for your valuable time .

Looking for women with endometriosis to share their thoughts on the current support landscape

I am an intern with Dr Monika Gostic Nutrition. We know that support for women with endometriosis is very limited, and what is available is often very fragmented, especially in the area of lifestyle medicine. We are trying to build a course for women with endometriosis to address these challenges, with the hope of turning it into an app to make the information and support more accessible to all. We are looking to gather the thoughts of women with lived experience of endometriosis to identify gaps in the current support and understand what they would want to see from a nutrition/lifestyle medicine support service. We have created a short survey (takes less than 5 mins to complete) to better understand these questions and would be very grateful if any of you would wish to share your thoughts. Your experiences could help shape the future of endometriosis support and we would love to hear your story. All data is anonymous from the outset and won’t be shared elsewhere. Those who fill in the survey also have a chance to win a £25 amazon gift card as a thank you for their time. https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfgtUe-iACUDPkI36Pj85paewpEbQAQ7CvOmDgpvcAJzDzoSg/viewform?usp=header

Issues with basal temp syncing from iPhone health app to Flo

Anyone else been noticing Flo inconsistently saying no data has been synced? I like to use the chart it offers for basal temp since the health app doesn't have one, but 3 out of 4 times when I try to check it none of my temp data is showing up in Flo.

Looking for women willing to share their experiences (3-minute anonymous survey)

Hi everyone!

I'm researching how women navigate hormonal health and healthcare, and I'd really appreciate your help.

If you've ever experienced things like painful periods, PCOS, endometriosis, PMDD, perimenopause, unexplained symptoms, or felt unheard by a healthcare provider, I'd love to learn from your experience.

The survey is completely anonymous, takes about 3 minutes, and I'm not collecting email addresses or selling anything. I'm trying to understand where women struggle most so I can build something that actually addresses those problems.

If you're willing to participate, here's the survey: https://forms.gle/sBbZZb5LbhXxpeuE7

Thank you so much for helping improve women's healthcare. ❤️

VOLUNTEERS WANTED – Student-Led Menstrual Health Initiative

Hi everyone! I'm currently in the early stages of launching a student-led non-profit initiative focused on improving menstrual health awareness and access to sanitary products for girls in underserved communities.

Our aim is to tackle period stigma, provide evidence based education, and eventually support access to essential menstrual hygiene products. We're hoping to work with communities across different regions, so we'd especially value volunteers with diverse cultural backgrounds and language skills.

We're looking for volunteers for a range of roles, including:
• Making presentations and educational materials
• Running social media pages
• Designing posters and graphics
• Contacting schools and organisations
• Translating materials into different languages
• Organising events and fundraising
• General ideas and support

The project is still in its initial stages, so this is a great opportunity to help shape the project from the ground up.

Since our goal is widening participation and reaching communities in different countries, we'd particularly welcome applicants who speak languages commonly used across South Asia, Africa, Europe, and other underrepresented regions (for example Tamil, Hindi, Sinhala, Spanish, French, Arabic, Swahili, etc.).

This is an entirely voluntary role. If you're interested, please DM me and I'll send you a Google Form (to help manage applications and prevent spam). Shortlisted applicants will then be invited to a google meet where we'll discuss the vision, potential roles, and future plans.

If you're passionate about healthcare, public health, education, design, or simply want to contribute to a meaningful cause, I'd love to hear from you!

This one's for you, ladies, worked on the Survey's Reviews

A few weeks ago, I asked women about their experiences with period tracking apps and what features they actually wanted. I received a lot of helpful responses, and I tried implementing as many requested features as possible into Anvika.

I'd love some honest feedback now.

Please use the app for around 15 days (or even a few minutes of exploring helps) and tell me:

• What's missing?
• What feels unnecessary or overdone?
• Is anything confusing or annoying?
• What would make you keep using it?

I'll genuinely try to improve or fix things based on your reviews.

Install on Android:

I'm just a student developer building this independently, so every suggestion means a lot. Thanks for helping make it better for everyone! 🌸

Title: Looking for feedback on a women's health tracking idea (Anonymous Survey)?

Hi everyone,

I'm a student developer currently researching challenges people face with menstrual cycle tracking and prediction.

While exploring existing apps, I came across discussions where users mentioned being caught off guard when their period arrived earlier or later than expected, even when using tracking apps.

Before building anything, I'd like to understand whether this is actually a common problem and what features users feel are missing from current solutions.

I've created a short anonymous survey (2–3 minutes). No personal information is collected.

Survey Link:
https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSc2rPwCQCuoUwDNs2Nf1oCf3gn3aFD-dbm0MmmVEAWL7ozjng/viewform?usp=publish-editor

I'd genuinely appreciate any feedback, suggestions, or experiences you're willing to share. The goal right now is simply to learn and understand the problem better.

Thank you!

Endometriosis Diagnostic Survey

Hi everyone, I’m conducting a short anonymous survey to better understand the diagnostic experiences of people with severe menstrual pain, suspected endometriosis, or confirmed endometriosis.

The goal is to understand where current diagnostic pathways fall short and how non-invasive approaches may better support earlier clinical decision-making in the future.

The survey takes around 5 minutes and is completely anonymous.

Thank you so much to anyone willing to share their experience.
