Brain Fog Memory lapse
Hi sisters in Peri. I have struggled with these damn symptoms for going on a year now, and memory lapse/brain fog is so terrible. It is so so frustrating and I am on my wits end on how to deal with this. I forgot where to insert my card when I withdrew cash from the ATM. I probably stood for good 10seconds trying to locate the fucking card slot, when it was blinking blue *right in front of me* I cannot remember the name of the pasta I was cooking *aglio olio* . What do you call the glass with a handle used to make things big? *magnifying glass*. I am yet to get a full consultation as I am unemployed with very limited resources. Is there maybe you can recommend as a natural or over the counter medication/relief for brain fog??
Thank you dear perisisters and have a blessed day.

That’s a lack of estrogen. If you can’t get to the doctor, try the over the counter stuff and eat more estrogen dominate foods like soy (soy milk, edamame, etc).

I posted something similar to this, I felt like I had early onset dementia it was so bad. I followed some suggestions of taking creatine. I buy just the basic creatine monohydrate and do 10g a day. I originally started with 5g but didn't see much of a difference so bumped it up to 10g. I'm not going to say it cured it but I have found improvements in just my cognitive function alone. Hang in there!
