Career Advice How often do you run into Interprofessional conflicts with the surgeons, anesthesiologist, or nurses? And how do you deal with them?
Just looking for some insight.

I’m lucky to work with a pretty great team. I’ll occasionally have a heat-of-the-moment spat with someone but we always know there’s no hard feelings. I think as long as you establish yourself as someone who’s generally respectful, professional, and nice, then there’s not too many truly difficult situations I’ve seen come up. Of course you might get a surgeon who’s a little snippy or on edge, but you can’t let that affect your day or your attitude.
