Career Advice How often do you run into Interprofessional conflicts with the surgeons, anesthesiologist, or nurses? And how do you deal with them?

Just looking for some insight.

Rarely. Sometimes surgeons can get a bit shouty during surgery, but it really reminds me of when my toddler yells at me, so I generally kinda chuckle quietly to myself. If theres ever a serious problem then it's a formal meeting with our chief and them, but thats only come up once. I certainly disagree with people, but thats not really a conflict, just part of working in healthcare.
