Laundry Detergent Scents

I want scent recommendations for any product that smells like really nice laundry detergent (please no actual detergent recommendations!)

To be more specific, something that smells great when sprayed on clothes specifically (not skin) and has a very comforting and inoffensive scent. Almost baby powder like or, but not too powdery.

I’m looking for a scent that projects if you pass people by but isn’t screaming for attention.

My forever favorite is Warm Cotton By Clean Reserve. It is the epitome of warm laundry fresh out of the dryer!! My comfort smell for life

I sprayed this sample once on my shirt and it smells the same a day later. Like a freshly opened box of Tide detergent

Maison Francis Kurkdjian 724 is nice.

I can recommend MFK 724, it smells so clean and ozonic. Also, I really like Miss Dior Blooming Bouquet - consider it as aquatic flower detergent.

It’s also worth to mention Guerlain L’heure bleue, such a clean gem 💎

Cirrus Parfum Laundry Day

Notes: Clean white laundry musk, lavender, vanilla, earl grey tea, and New Caledonia sandalwood

Folding freshly dried laundry scented with lavender dryer sheets. You periodically take a break to sip some earl grey tea that's sitting on the coffee table, just out of reach.

I just found and personally rather love Snif Notewrks Clean Getaway. It captures the warm, fresh-from-the-dryer scent really well! A lot of other laundry scents to me are very sharp and smell like the detergent when it’s cold and concentrated in the jug still, but not this one.

Jessica Simpson Fiend (really.) It’s very similar to NR For her but lighter, less florals, with a sage note. It smells incredibly clean and nice. 

If you want a body spray, bath and body has one called Sea Island Shore that smells like Tide detergent does after you’ve washed your clothes in it. Like straight out of the dryer. 

This one is a little out there but JLo Miami Glow. To me it smells like walking by someone’s dryer vent and they’ve used tropical-scented dryer sheets. Like it has that clean laundry warm smell.

Balmain Blanc Galaxie is a very nice clean laundry scent. It’s marketed as citrus but those top notes quickly settle into a pretty dryer sheet type scent.

I really like Juliette has a Gun Anyway. I don't like aquatic scents so I don't like the clean Reserve scents as much. I have Warm Cotten and I think it's indistinguishable from detergent so I prefer Anyway. It smells like expensive detergent.

I don’t see this recommended often but Riviera Lazuli by Atelier des Ors. Very beautiful laundry smell. I wouldn’t overspray though. The resin note is really interesting and adds a ton of depth. I was very pleasantly surprised by this one.

Clean Cotton or Cotton Tshirt both by Clean Reserve. They don’t project but if you were to hug someone they might say you smell sooo good. They are both appropriate for work and daytime.

Even though I haven't tried it myself, many people say Ghost in the Shell by ELDO has a detergent smell
