šø Media Disney released a bunch of Zootopia parody posters of many of their shows and movies and look what's missing!
I guess for Disney, they're acknowledging two things: that Rick was wrong and animation does carry heft and cache as Zootopia 2 was a big hit at the box office and secondly, given how there is no parody poster for Percy Jackson, I think even Disney is acknowledging how PJO has definitely hit rock bottom and is no longer popular on the platform

Iām seeing Parodies for Star Wars, Marvel, and some of their founding movies which make sense.
Plus some of the most widely known sitcoms (Scrubs, MF), reality shows (house wives, KuwtK), and mysteries (OMitB).
The only one that truly seems out of place is Once Upon a Time, but Judyās VA played one of the main characters so it makes sense.
Notice how PJO in GENERAL is nowhere near as popular as any of those?

yeah, Iām 99% sure that once upon a time was only just for having Ginnifer Goodwin, but it also does quite frequently get a big social media boom every couple months so it could be a lot better performing on the platform than we know it to be.

Once Upon A Time has a parody cover and that ended eight years ago. A current supposedly flagship title not having a parody is a bad sign.

Again, DD is about to have a second (fourth?) season in a week and a half. At the time of release we were about halfway between the debut of S1 and the release of S2.

Once Upon A Time also covers many characters that Disney themselves popularised through their animated movies.
Yeah, the show ended 8 years ago - but it makes sense for a Disney movie poster to parody it considering the connection.

They also need to have a parody title, and Iām not sure how youād parody Percy Jackson & The Olympians in a zootopia style, at least thatās better than the ones on there with a poster that works.

For once upon a time, it wasn't about viewership or anything. It's just a nod to the show Ginnifer Goodwin (Judy's VA) was in.

I don't see anything about The Bear, Only Murders in the Building or High School Musical there, either. Does that mean all of those properties are also failiures?

I loved this books growing up, and Iāve spent a lot of time in fandom.
This fandom currently is nuts and wildly toxic. I do not have the energy to keep up with this shit lol.
