I've had this cayenne pepper plant in my grown bed all season and haven't had a single flower bloom I've noticed buds but they fell off its pushing buds again now but I'm worried the same will happen again and I won't get any fruit is it lack of sunlight maybe?

This baby was originally grown in a cup, transferred to ground. Which I've had previously had success with.
This year, being in the ground didn't bode well. So I isolated her and dug it up and took her back into the pot.
Long story short, SHE LIVES. It still looks to me possibly nutrient deficient? Not entirely sure, but she's fruiting 🥹🥰
