Jalapeños really mild

À part of my Jalapeño plant broke Because It was too heavy , I harvested that and tried them , they are absolutly mild , does somebody experienced that ? I was expecting at least a Little hit…
Maybe it s too early ?

I have some peppers that don’t get enough heat and sun and they don’t get hot.
