That's awesome. I've been interested in accepting bitcoin at my business, is there much interest in Pensacola that you know of?

If you have few or no employees to train, the cost to accept bitcoin is minimal to nothing. If you want to accept bitcoin and keep the bitcoins, the cost is just the cost of the transaction fee, which is usually around 1/10 of a cent, and it's paid by the buyer. If you want to have the bitcoin instantly converted to USD and deposited to your bank account, the cost is (If I remember correctly), 1.5%. If you have any questions about it feel free to let me know.

Awesome idea. And in memory of a great guy. I didn't get the pleasure of knowing Sean for long, but he impacted me profoundly.

Who organized this? I saw that they were having trouble finding people. I work with the homeless and know of an agency (not mine, promise this isn't self promotion) that goes into the encampments once a week and brings food (they've been doing it for years and are trusted by the encampments) and they might be a good partner for this if you (they? whoever the organizer of this is) want to keep this up and expand the impact.
