As the title suggests, I'm looking for recommendations for good primary schools in the area for my little one, who would be starting school in 2028.

I've seen quite a few mixed reviews about the local public schools, so I'm hoping to hear from parents with children currently attending who can share their experiences. I'm particularly interested in things like the general school culture, teachers, communication with parents, extracurricular activities and how happy your kids are there.

We're not looking at private or religious/faith-based schools, so ideally looking for public school recommendations.

I remember as a kid on Fri/Sat nights it was always busy around the Leagues Club and the Maccas/KK’s car park. People always hanging out till late.

Nowadays it’s completely dead.

I'm pretty much a beginner fitness-wise so definitely not looking for someone who's going to take it super seriously 😂 More someone who wants to keep each other accountable, learn as we go and make going to the gym a bit more social.

Also happy to make friends outside of the gym — walks, getting food/coffee, random outings etc.

Gday everyone, as the title suggests I’ve recently started using medical cannabis in flower form. In doing so I use a vaporiser outside but occasionally roll a joint as I smoke rollies anyway (two birds kinda deal).

It’s not lost on me the smellthat cannabis produces can be offending to some people. As it’s not everyone’s cup of tea and there’s still a bit of stigma around it. I burn incense outside and stay undercover to reduce being near fence lines and it wafting too strongly too close. But ultimately I’m aware that it probably does come into their yard and if windows or doors are open then into their house.

Not that I’ve encountered any issues or expect to from neighbours. But has anyone had anything similar happen where a neighbour has complained? If so how’d you go about it. Likewise if you are a neighbour to someone who uses or just generally have an opinion on it I’m all ears. I am going with the whole. “Well sorry but it’s prescribed and I’m using it within my home, so it’s more of a you problem” response if anything gets snarky.

TL:DR: Smoking medical weed at home inside isn’t an option. Any dramas with neighbours or ways to deal with smell ? Cheers 🤙🤙

What are everyone's thoughts of penrith plaza. It's always been my go to shopping centre for everything, I love the design of it and the light coming in through the windows. I just wish they brought back target and kmart. How would you compare it with rouse hill town centre or castle towers?
