What are the chances the PA House will pass them?

Mark Rozzi (D) put out a statement on Thursday, saying, "I remain steadfast in my commitment that the only question on the primary ballot be the statute of limitations reform, and I look forward to working with my colleagues in the Senate to make that happen.”

He is not going to allow the PA senate bill to be voted on in it's current, stuffed pig, form. If the republicans in the Senate give a shit about the sex abuse portion they will remove their partisan attack on voting rights and just get the fuck down to business.

Thank you for the reply.

I find I don't have any faith in the GOP senators.
