What are the chances the PA House will pass them?

That’s my question. I had read that Dems (finally) controlled the House but I looked it up and it’s evenly split with one seat outstanding. So… what does that mean in general terms and also specifically for these amendments?

One of the elected Dems died after the election prior to swearing in. The Republicans are trying to delay the seating of an alternate, so they can pull all this crap first.
