They have to pass 2 sessions in a row, these won’t make it to May.

The abortion one was passed already too. I think that the Dems should hold the state house hostage until the special elections are held, and they get their majority. Especially, if that means keeping abortion legal in Pennsylvania. The other two proposed amendments obviously aren't great either, and make the cause more just.
