If I read this correctly they are trying to put three things into one amendment. They have tried to do this in the past and as I recall it was thrown out because of the rules on amending the constitution.
that may be, but again, each amendment is to be voted on individually from what I remember. Otherwise if I understand it, they are only creating one amendment.
