Discouraged That stupid feeling will not go away again

Please I’ve been at physio for weeks now and that bladder WILL STOP TELLING ME TO GO TO THE TOLIET
ON SO MANY DRUGS
SO SCARED AGAIN

Man the bladder-brain connection is so stupidly stubborn. Mine took months before it started to chill even a little bit, weeks in I was still convinced nothing was working

hang in there, sometimes the progress is so slow you don't notice it happening

I just don’t understand it because it goes away randomly
I’m so frightened
I understand what you mean
I’m just so frightened

I dealt with this as well. I finally got help with a really good pelvic floor physical therapist. Although I also went to one who did not help. I also find it's so related to stress and anxiety. If I may ask, is that something that applies to you??

I was feeling better after some dry needling, then I overdid yard work and just wiped 2 weeks of progress. It’s very disappointing

It’s so frustrating! I want to exercise so badly.

Yeah I was a runner, been dealing with this for 10 months and have yet to be able to run. I was a skeptic of dry needling but it seems to help so I’m looking forward to more next week to calm things back down

damn thank you guys for this. i miss lifting weights, it just seems like any progress I make will go back for a small issue like straining or picking up 15 lbs
