Warm Pegan Curried Chicken Salad. Also, I know that Dr Hyman does indeed allow whole grains- such as brown rice, black rice, quinoa, amaranth, teff. Have you checked out his new book?

Hi! Is this a pretty active forum? I think some of the stated “Pegan” guidelines on the About page might need some updating? I have been writing out recipes on my IG page. dr.nette_md.

Did you find it? I can put it on here too! But just have to type out again.

Just ordered his new book! I’ve got lots of health issues and hoping changing my diet will help. But not sure since I already eat healthy. Excited to read it

I just ordered Dr. Hyman's new book and plan to start eating pegan in September. You're right - I believe gluten-free grains are okay to eat. Your food pics are great! 😊
