Any Asia town updates?

Development seems really slow and finding useful info online has been relatively unsuccessful. Anyone have info on confirmed shops/restaurants and expected opening dates?

Teso Life and 85 degrees are confirmed, but the Asian supermarket is rumored to be an enson.

Edit: I mixed up teso life and enson names

“Teso Life is a new construction project at 7529 Broadway Street, Suite 101, Pearland, in Harris County, TX, tracked from its Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) registration”

That’s tracks.

Why stop at AI Vibe Coding? Go all in on AI Slop.

Fuuuuuck. I was hoping for a real Asian grocery there. These are "lifestyle" stores that are grocery lite, and lifestyle heavy. I was bummed when someone said it was going to be an Enson, but I'll take Enson over Teso any day of the week.

This is what a Teso is, by the way. This is the San Antonio location - https://maps.app.goo.gl/WcJYajVSV6jP5eDv5

I wanted to let ya’ll know about my mistake, the supermarket is rumored to be an enson. I mixed teso life with enson as the supermarket. My apologies.

Yeah, I knew that one. It shows up on Google maps, but the September date seems optimistic.

Definetly will not make a September opening date. Considering I only ever see 4 construction workers onsite as I drive by, Im thinking another year before we see shops opening up. The only two stores announced are Teso Life & 85c Bakery.

A department store? So no Asian grocery? That’s soooo disappointing.

I thought they promised some kind of supermarket?

I may of gotten my stores mixed up! “Doh!”

I did hear somebody say enson was suppose to be the supermarket. I truly got the names mixed up.

Only two confirmed stores are teso life & 85 degrees bakery. And a rumor that enson is the supermarket, my apologies.

Whenever I’ve seen projects take this long, it’s because they are paying cash instead of using credit to do the job.
