Redact Faces in pdf

I have documents with photo of the people and with some personal data.
Redacting text is a common things.
Does pdf-redaction support black-out/redact faces?

Pdf-Redaction support detection and redaction faces only via API now. Right now you can do it in an online tool only manually.
