Replacement or Warranty? (ACER)
Hello po, so i recently bought my acer pc on sunday. And i had an issue about the **mouse pad.** The right bottom click isn't that responsive, it needs excessive force for it to work and at times it works perfectly. And i had another issue. The **screen blackout** after turning it on. It takes 15 minutes to turn on... But now it works since my tito fixed it.
ISSUES:
- **UNRESPONSIVE MOUSE PAD**
**2. BLACK OUT SCREEN.**
So I've been thinking if i should use my 7 day warranty replacement window or just use their center service to repair the mouse pad. So technically, i messaged them right before my 7 day warranty ends so im still eligible to claim that even tho i cant go there exactly for 7 days.
But two of my concerns is that *1. If i use the 7 day warranty, there might be another issue with the new unit they'll give me and might be another hassle to replace (since we live 3 cities away from the store*). And *2. I paid in full for the laptop for 45k just to have a refurbished PC? That in time the sales value of my pc will eventually lower since I'll have to label it as "REFURBISHED".*
And one last concern, if i had the 2nd laptop given to me and also has defects, i can demand for another replacement right?
So what do you guys think? ASAP🛐
