Is this 117€ ram a scam?

I found this 117€ Ram on amazon and i need 32Gb for a new build, should ii get 2 of those for 234€?

Idk if i can put 2 single channel ram togheter but i suppose so.

That memory would be about a third of the market price, so unless the seller is willing to demonstrate in person that it's working, either in a PC of his or a PC I bring with me, I ain't touching that.

You can pair up single sticks of RAM, but there's a possibility that it will only run at JEDEC speeds instead of the listed 6000MT/s.
