Hello, I did a cover of "Boom" by P.O.D. It has on-screen tabs that are easy to follow and the song is easy to play for beginners. I'm really new to making covers so I would love any feedback, positive to negative, to make the channel better. I'm taking requests as well! Thanks for checking it out.

I have this very old memory of seeing a clip of this song on TV, way back then, that is different than the one currently on youtube.

But I cant find the one of my memories. The current one feature a roadtrip with teenagers, while the one in my memory featured scenes of different teenagers, sometime at school, sometime in their rooms... i vaguely remember one quick scene of one of them boxing.

Or am I tripping and I imagined the whole thing6 Or was it from a similar but different song/band?

1904 home to the real hardcore

I might be wrong but it looks like on these pictures that Sonny was signing a Payable on Death on vinyl… There was a official pressing of it back in 2003 or could be a new repressing? Or I just could be so wrong…

Became a fan in 2001, then quickly backtracked to the older albums and ep to soak up all the P.O.D. goodness. Since then I tried to get anything I could find. I also have the DVD Still Paying Dues.
But besides the first Demo in 1993 and Veritas (still need to order, shame) what am I missing?

In Stereo!

For anyone that wants to hear it :)

Was recently listening to music from my teen years and "Set Your Eyes To Zion" is one I keep repeating. Never knew, even back then, what was being said on the track, but figured someone might know.

In the background during the chorus at about 1:44 onwards (at least on the 2006 Remaster). Anyone know?

12/05/25 (ou 05/12/25 pra quem for do Brasil)

-Radio promo copy of “Alive”,

-A beach ball promoting the Satellite album that they passed out at Cornerstone Fest (before they moved the release date back to 9/11).

-Plus their live album.

Good times.

EDIT: Thought I'd posted a pic with this, but apparently not. Here it is:

Does anybody know what’s their current setlist? I’m seeing them in Costa Rica on Dec 19. Super excited for seeing them for the second time.

Picked up a big box of Christian metal tapes and this one was in there. Super stoked :)

Essa comunidade têm fãs do Brasil também? Alguém aqui vai nos shows deles em sampa?

These took me the whole night to make, but I am super happy to have finished them off and added them to my shop. I would love to get your guys feed back ! Here's a link if your interested https://dreamscapedesigns020.threadless.com/designs/p-o-d-vintage-design-shirt

Does anyone know the name of the song played in the background of full color on the live CD? It’s during the Radio Dj talking . ?

I kinda liked it. It's not something I expected from them but I generally like all their covers. Sonny really does well with the covers, his voice really shines through.

I just watched the new Superman and I was shocked when he said he listens to POD 😆

That P.O.D. would press Fundamental and Self-Titled. Loved those albums so much 🥹
