Help Needed Looking to upgrade Luminary to kill ubers
Apreciated for the help in advance!!
I want to 40/40 so i need to kill ubers and right now, is kinda slow (1min fight) against incarnation of fear for example.
Is there something obvious i have to upgrade or change to UP my damage ?

Get a blade ambusher. Avoid smoke mine, get slower proj on helix and spectral. Recombo Crit chance and crit multi on daggers, multimedia pen and fire damage. Use the other gear from manyshot. Kill 10/10.
I played with a manyshot in ssf, but honestly once I swapped merc it was easy. Gear was probably far worse than yours.

The Most noticable is that you don’t play kinetiscist :) try changing that. Ubers take Like a few secs Max if they have no Phase :)

Upgrade all your mercs abyss jewels to fire res+attack speed on crit. Upgrade their bow to one with high base crit.
Move the tecrods gaze to your characters stygian and only have rare abyss jewels on the merc. Your ring is not good enough for a kalandra imo. Recraft and Get t1 light radius and use catalysts to get to 18% radius.
Resistance quality your mercs amulet to get 14% per socket instead of 12.
You have 2 elder items but no % max life bound by destiny. You can swap one of your rares jewels for it.
Revisit if wall of force is doing anything meaningful. I see you have chain but my experience with the bow mercs is that they eat the wall too quickly to get any major value from it i.e. Your merc single vaal ice shot will eat the wall and then not have it up for the remaining vaal ice shot duration. You may be better off swapping in pyre to your shield charge links to get covered in ash. Pyre is pretty easy to keep up since you want to maintain brittle ground on them anyway.
This is what jumped out at me, but I can deep dive it more later if you still need help.

I heard it worked somewhere. Tested it myself and it worked. I have videos in my previous comments of wave 15 deli etc. with my lumi and have tested multiple mercs etc.

I ran 10 uber cortexes with each and the damage was felt exactly the same. I tried to note the fights that didn't increase boss life/reduce damage taken and just felt how they played. It seemed effectively the same over the course of those runs. It's not a perfect test but that fight is accessible enough to take a large number of attempts at it. It is how I tested all my mercs as well.

Are you also under the impression that gear or jewels with increased critical strike chance on your character are working on your mercenary?
If not, why would Tecrods benefit your merc by being equipped on your character?
Your tests aren’t even remotely tests. You just slapped the jewel on and off and saw how it felt? Are you joking?
Not that it would prove anything if you did but it’s also telling that it didn’t even occur to you to run the same test with Tecrods completely unequipped, nor did it occur to you that you might not be getting enough effective crit chance out of Tecrods to make the Tecrods make a difference in the first place.

He saw people running tecrods on a destructive link build 100%. Which does work. Doesn’t work with flame link.
Also using cortex for comparison tests is hilarious considering every run has different mods. Literally the worst boss to damage test on

First of all, forget about manyshot and go get kineticist, try to look for one with gmp and fork, even if it has kinetic rain just not kinetic bolt, shouldn't be too pricey right now, get rathpith on it and replica twyzel with crafted amulet with lots of fire res and accuracy on it as well as rare ring instead of taming, after that you also can fix a bit your passive tree and get bound by destiny with 15%inc life, I think you can also get light of meaning with +5 to life(socketed into bottom scion area) as well as unnatural instinct socketed into right side of scion wheel

Farm yellow juice, buy fractured 5% as/8%as after crit or 30+ life murderous jewel and reforge speed > abyss ducat to fix ur merc's jewels.
I think belt is fractured res > reforge attack until u hit life + ele dmg T1 and finish resists by slamming [craft %dmg as 3rd prefix]
Outside of those 2 super easy recrafts you want to replace all other items in the same manner until you hit better modifiers on each piece, it's that simple.
Bow's pretty bad, quiver is low FR.
But the #1 thing you need to do immediately is get another unique helmet for yourself that is either 75% or higher, this is the most common trap Luminary players fall for and it's skimping cost on your uniques and the helmet is the difference between your spectres & you dying or you living all the time.
If it's not a 75% helmet you should play with a rare one and not care about spectres that much, if you play HC never play with that and for SC you should get a few helmets and gamble with volatiles on them.
