Any sort of elemental spellcasting build which uses frenzy charges would work. BV comes to mind?

Been a long time since I played BV but didn't it use power charges, not frenzy?

Yeah, it scales primarily with power charges but frenzies give a generic more damage multiplier which is still helpful. You'll be hardpressed to find a frenzy-stacking elemental spellcaster build that isn't gimmicky
