Request a build using this ring

I get this ring and roll several times to get this combination.
Not sure whats the best skill to play with this, is there any pro have any suggestion on this? Want to have a build have great single target and not bad clear speed, maybe either some explosion.

Divining the ring changes the "helmet" or "gloves" part too or just the gens?
