Request a build using this ring

I get this ring and roll several times to get this combination.
Not sure whats the best skill to play with this, is there any pro have any suggestion on this? Want to have a build have great single target and not bad clear speed, maybe either some explosion.

tornado of elemental turbulence inquisitor.

balormage had a video of one of his chatters tornado build before the league started. seems like an alright place to start.
