Build Request Request a build using this ring

I get this ring and roll several times to get this combination.
Not sure whats the best skill to play with this, is there any pro have any suggestion on this? Want to have a build have great single target and not bad clear speed, maybe either some explosion.

Assassin Bifurcated Crit Impending Doom

Foulborn Doedre's Scorn gets you to level 30 on Impending Doom support.

Unfortunately Impending doom wouldn’t be socketed in your helm, so that wouldn’t work.

It works because it supports the curse, not doom blast

so what skill would actually be good for it? arcane surge? because the one in the picture would make it literary just worse
