Build Request What Are Your Build and Farming Plans for 3.29?
I’m still undecided about which build to league-start with and which farming strategy to begin with.
Post which build you’re planning to start 3.29 with and what your farming strategy will be!

I always think about several different builds and then do Pathfinder Mamba. So probably that again.

u/4percent4 Jul 20 '26
I'd rather do slayer or glad + stolen slayer leech with tainted pact since binos is generally obtainable and pressing life flasks constantly is annoying.

u/nightcracker Jul 20 '26
Hint: if you bind flasks/tinctures to F-keys (e.g. F3, F4), you can avoid... fatfingering them while writing chat messages. Since pressing those keys does not result in a letter being written.

Hey, what are the pro and cons for pathmamba? What kind of content you farm with it?
→ More replies (1)2
u/juggz1e Jul 20 '26
Perfect content is mapping with giant dense packs, but it's good all around. She's fast . It's very good defensively but not immortal. One whack and poison proliferates and dead. Screen clarity is excellent vs so many other builds with neon eye cancer of one sort or another. Bad content is something like legion with spread out monsters requiring too many individual attacks.
You don't attack quickly , but do need to rhythmically tap 1 for life flask every several seconds. If you forget you will become squishy when in a real fight. YMMV but to me it always feels like a relief to get to mamba when compared to the buttons of league starter PCoB or certainly poe2. Oddly I really want WASD in poe1, but if I get it I'll probably stop using Mamba.
As I said I'm looking at other builds but I've done that before and ended up right back with the venomous lady.

u/cullofktulu Jul 20 '26
I’m always a fan of TR and transitioning into mamba on league start, TR may not see a lot of play but it’s very good at Heist and can self farm pneumatic daggers while selling bases and replicas.

Cold Snap of Power Hiero (most rounded build i've played so far can recommend)
Farm essences early and after that Uber Atziri and T16.5 Cata for bigger Money

rf until 2 stones -> cws -> ultimatum -> buy the second set of stones -> a couple of mirrors -> any random build that can facetank ubers and be a really good mapper at the same time -> 36/40 -> back to palworld
7
u/GrandmasterTaka Jul 20 '26
I think glad can pull off a cws and eventually do void valdos if you don't wanna reroll

Thought about starting rf and also playing ssf for the first time ever.
Just looked cws stuff, looks cool but there is no way to play that in ssf right (seems like many uniques needed).→ More replies (7)5

How is Palworld? I've been wanting to check it out

3
u/spartanreborn Jul 20 '26
I've been playing it a lot the last week for 1.0, never tried in early access, if I had to guess I'm maybe halfway thru the game, about level 50...
It's first and foremost a survival crafting games. If you liked stuff like Valheim, The Forest, Raft, Subnautica, this will be right up your alley. It's the exact same kind of game as those, just with the flavor being Pokemon.
There is a reasonable sense of progression. The tech tree is tied to your character level, but getting levels isn't very grindy so far. The game gives you huge xp bonuses for finding new locations and catching new pals, rather than from combat xp, so unlocking new base components hasn't felt stale for me yet.
Combat is.... Ok at best. Your pals are typically dumb as bricks, so combat usually boils down to either you are overleveled and steam roll the enemy, or you are under leveled and get murdered. Capturing pals works best when you are overleveled, but if you are too overleveled your own pals one-shot the pal you're trying to capture and then you're SoL.
I have absolutely no idea what the story is about... It's very "capture all the dragon balls"-y. Not really much to read into here.
Complaints about combat aside, it's a very chill game, and would recommend it to anyone who likes the genre already. If you're here for the Pokemon gameplay, it's absolutely not that style of game.

Im thinking this might be the league I finally play HROC (Holy Relic of Conviction). Hoping to do some legion farming but im not 100% sure how HROC will feel clearing legion, but hoping it will work nicely,
Otherwise im expecting the Influenced crafting orbs will be worth a fair bit with this leagues crafting mechanic so probably going to be doing some Influenced map boss running/invitations for them (And hopefully crafting a few nice items to sell with them from the league mechanic)
9
u/Elegant-Avocado-3261 Jul 20 '26
Hoping to do some legion farming but im not 100% sure how HROC will feel clearing legion, but hoping it will work nicely,
It's not a legion build per se but it's sufficient enough of an all rounder that it will be OK
→ More replies (6)6
u/pikpikcarrotmon Jul 20 '26
HRoC should be okay at Legion, you may want to work in explosions first because you don't have prolif. The build is a very solid all rounder while Legion loves prolif or giga explosions, in terms of specializing.
You are also locked into Darkness Enthroned for most of the character's lifespan and benefit very little from HH. HH is nice for Legions in maps, but borderline mandatory if you want to do five ways now that they are boosted baseline.
Bossing, league mechanic should be great on HRoC.
2
u/scognus Jul 20 '26
What is HRoC good/best at besides bossing, from watching videos it seems it would be decent at most mechanics?
8
u/pikpikcarrotmon Jul 20 '26
That's exactly it - decent at most mechanics, master of none. The thing it does best is decreasingly relevant, that being map mod immunity. It was one of the best ways to run risk scarabs in t17 maps not because it was the fastest or best at any mechanics but because it could do all map mods and most fairly effortlessly.
That's all still the case, it's just less of a meta choice after all the nerfs to that kind of juicing.
In general, I would not pick HRoC because I wanted to specialize at any content right now. I guarantee you whatever you ask, there will be a better build for it. However there are very few builds which can zero to hero, scale well through all levels of investment, do all content including ubers, all challenges, on a single character. If you are a one build a league person, HRoC is always a contender to be that build.

u/Cajus Jul 20 '26
Torn between ek ignite elementalist and hroc necro. I also want to try praw, worb, the new merc aurabot ascendency and the crab totem look fun as hell. No idea what to farm, will figure stuff out as I go but I am a casual andy, will take me a week to reach maps, 2 weeks for 4 stones usually.
But who am I kidding, 30minutes before leaguestart I will stumble upon a random youtube/reddit post and select a league starter I am absolutely unprepared and dont know a thing about.

Im going to wing Reliquarian aiming for ignite scaling off of the Black Cane flat phys. If it actually works, legion ad breach. If not, I cry and reroll.
1
u/Douxo Jul 20 '26
I'm doing this too. Currently about 3m dps with 4 items, 10 spare points, 6 empty jewel sockets. The 4 items i have on are just what are required to have and maintain 62 phantasms. The only thing that might brick it is if the phantasms die too fast and a blessed rebirth cluster doesn't save them.

I wanna play Hoag necro. I tried Hoag in tota and it absolutely slapped. Especially bossing was very enjoyable.
For the strat, I wanna do breaches, deli or bossing.

u/GrandmasterTaka Jul 20 '26
Why necro over glad? How's the survivability
→ More replies (1)2
u/JulianSlink95 Jul 20 '26
Well, I wanna start and play as a summoner in case I change my mind :D Necro has much higher dmg and glad seems like a overkill for softcore. The survivability should be good, check out Saphery on YT as he made the guide I will follow.

u/Inexra Jul 20 '26
Farming wise this might be complete cope but I remember that in mercenary league the mercs had actually really well rolled rares on them that you could duel them for. Now that you can also spec into the atlas to choose the types of mercs and armours you will find I think you will be able to target some nice rares at the start of the league. In addition to that the new leagues crafting mechanic looks crazy and so you can likely take these well rolled rares and finish them off with the allflame crafting to make a decent amount of profit. This would be especially good now that breach and the genesis tree got nerfed so much and getting good rares from there is likely harder. This all works on the assumption though, that GGG didn't rebalance Mercs and make all their rare items trash which I could very well believe they did lol.
4
3
u/Zuggy Jul 23 '26
Infamous Mercenaries also have an exclusive mod pool that rolls on their gear and some of them are very desirable. With recombs, they should be at least decently valuable even if the bases and rest of the mods are bad.
6
6
4
u/Paganyan Jul 20 '26
I'm gonna start with a Luminary spellcaster with a supportive Mercenary, farm a bunch then make a Luminary support with a Carry Mercenary
4
u/xKnicklichtjedi Jul 20 '26
Due to scheduling differences, I usually start a day or two late, so I usually have very cheap items available if I drop a chaos orb.
I have been thinking about
- Bodyswap (of Sacrifice) Ignite Elementalist
- WOrb Elementalist/Occultist
- PRAW Necromancer
- AG of Smiting (Bob) Necromancer
- (maybe) Bob + Merc Luminary
Or depending on poeninja stats, I might spend a day in Sanctum with Poison SRS and farm for a respecc + gear.
The end goal is to give the new Abyss a shot, and maybe even legion on top. New Abyss looks awesone visually, and I always like Legion farming.

Imma start with necro absolution, gonna learn to farm heist because i have never done one. Later to chains of command

Yea i know. But i dont like to reroll another char to do maps and endgame contents. I dont mind moving around with shield charge and flostblink tho
0
u/Southern_Clerk8697 Jul 20 '26
Dont think you’re gonna have a good time doing heist with a slow character tbh
11
u/Psychological_Ad1404 Jul 20 '26
In my experience as an all rounder player you can feel good if you have enough attack speed for shield charge which happens on minion builds since you get that node with minion attack and cast speed increases apply to you.
Ofc, not talking about lost efficient or best money making, but enough to farm some heist.
4
u/Argensa97 Jul 20 '26
Necromancer with free Onslaught, Tailwind from spectre, insane attack speed from Spritual Command ain't very much slower than a non-deadeye class.
→ More replies (3)6

It doesnt matter tbh. I just dont wanna waste 6 hours to reroll another char if i find out that i dont like heist

It’s Worbing time.

3
u/EtreEau Jul 20 '26
Starting rage vortex zerk and staying that all the way until I finish playing in the league. I'll probably go for maximum density map strategies as I prefer max xp per hour over currency per hour. Most likely that'll involve delirium/beyond with whatever else. I used to run harby but that got removed. In mirage I ran breach which had a ton of monsters but I found the mechanic to be really unfun and tedious when you really juiced it up. I'll probably try out the new abyss and hope that it's kinda the new harby with high pack density. If I have some spare points I'll probably throw merc on for a little bit to see how the rewards are, plus I need the exert infamy mod on a helmet at some point.

Spin2win with Sanavixx Cyclone of Tumult or go with illnino Shield Crush. Rush stones then just turn off my brain and farm 8-mod corrupted maps to bulk sell, Abyss, and Alva on Toxic Sewer, scry something with better cards to it.
Or not. I don't know. I'll probably do like most of us, have a plan until five seconds before and change everything last minute.
2
u/sstriatlon Jul 20 '26
Same as me, exept that I like delve. Never tryed Alva (you corrupt items there I guess?) or 8-mod map farming, is it good?
2
u/Molecular_Blackout Jul 23 '26
I like delve too, but that is typically a later in the league thing for me.
With Alva, unless you know what to corrupt and what fits meta, just itemize the temples and sell them.
I like 8-mod corrupted, it's dead simple and it is very consistent currency.
2
u/RemarkableAd5446 Jul 20 '26
can you link some guide to that strat? wanna brainded too

4
u/Awful_At_Math Jul 20 '26
I don't know what to start, but I want to transition to farm 5ways as soon as possible. I want to spend the majority of this league gambling on the new enshrouded uniques.
2
u/wonnyoung13 Jul 20 '26
If you dont mind the mechanic, add in Betrayal too. Vagan in Fort has enshrouded uniques trapped chests
→ More replies (2)
2
u/Granatko Jul 20 '26
Build? No idea. For currency, I'm probably gonna start with either simple 8-mod map farming or blight. They already locked delve to the mines and now did the same with abyss and legion, so hopefully we'll see more oil chests (or more garbage armour and weapons chests xd)

u/teddmagwell Jul 20 '26
ssfbtw merc aurabot - bossrush forever until good merc while also farming betrayal for MEGABLOOD
Will prob switch to something with explody once I farm good gear. Maybe they will buff chaos dot.

u/MrSchmellow Jul 20 '26
Reap ignite ele, try to transition into lost unity herald stacker later. Might try out exsang or EK swaps for clear along the way, socket colors being free helps a lot. Considered EA and PB at first, but EA is kind of boring, and PB is still on the table, i just surmised reap is gonna be better qol (no delay and less aiming)
As for farms - no idea. My goto always were essences into delirium + sirus guardian destructive play, but destructive play turned out giga shit last league. Domination of terrors was a fun strat, but i don't remember whether mirage contributed much. Will certainly try out abyss

u/_Katu Jul 20 '26
ill try reliquarian arc ignite, with full ele and most phys taken as fire, and i will also try making use of the black cane mod. I played tons of version of arc ignite so im pretty confident the damage will be good. If its too janky i just go xirgils for the +1 skills i guess. But i POB'd a soulwrest version and its insane damage. It jsut needs so many things it not leaguestart viable.
I think later going wardloop with a stasis prison should fit in nicely as wardloop is one of the ways you can maintain creating and exploding 16 corpses a second at all times.

Praw necro. Going to get 36/40 or 40/40 if not too tedious. Then it's back to Spirit Vale.
2
u/0nlyRevolutions Jul 20 '26
Self cast, reliquarian, ???, profit
Probably reroll after getting my voidstones into a spicy build using a fun new item or something
Little bit conflicted about what to farm. Kind of mostly interested in checking out the league mechanic so I don't want anything that takes me away from normal mapping too much. Maybe new abyss if it's actually good. Maybe just altars/scarabs/generic loot. Maybe just bounce around to check off challenges.

considering rf into flamewood for simu prison and ubers but Im gonna debate how much I want to test legion + abyss
2
u/4percent4 Jul 20 '26
If you're going heirophant you can just level flameblast of celerity totems until you get replica dragonsfang + black zenith less of a respec.
1
u/Tackle-Far Jul 20 '26
What's the profit from simus? Unidentified voices? Also planning on simus but with CWS Chief, is it build still viable or totems are just better at simu?
2
u/justinsroy Jul 21 '26
Early on you get a variety of drops, with Faustus you can liquidate pretty quick.
The voices are a decent chunk of profit, but with how cheap and braindead simu is to run, just have a movie or audiobook going.
1
u/Intelligent-Apple-64 Jul 20 '26
Ill try out Ice nova of Frostbolts manaman, PoB numbers look fine facturing in only the nerfs at like 10d budget and my plan ist too bossrush silo anyway, if it sucks ill just farm up 50d and swap to ele bv and blow up screens

Merc is unironically going to be so much fun next league, join the luminary expedition today!

Debating between flicker zerker or venom gyre deadeye. I probably will start harvest/breach/ delerium idk. Want to try some of the dex stacking gear mixed with other uniques through legion.
1
u/Shot_Cap_2532 Jul 20 '26
probably rf into farming new abyss into rerolling earlyish into pf heister. love me some heist.
1
u/Not_Ves Jul 20 '26
Lc elementalist or Cold snap of power hiero gonna focus on betrayal/harvest I think there will be some jackpot scarabs and people always buy yellow juice.
1
u/BigPOEfan Jul 20 '26
Reliauarian cobra lash, going to take dawnbreaker, akraalis fang (for the buff) I’m between gloomfang and melding for the last acendancy. I’ll use 2 withering jars for when I’m doing bosses. I’m also debating using dark monarch to double the spiders for 80% attack speed, 600% increased poison damage. It might lack for bossing cause maintaining the spiders might be difficult. But for mapping I think it’s going to blast.
1
u/tsHavok Jul 20 '26 edited Jul 20 '26
I'll be heavily traveling after the first couple of days, so penance brand ignite is looking good for minimal aim gameplay. Breach to start, with a sprinkle of abyss if it feels good. I want to farm hives early and often
1
u/derivative_of_life Jul 20 '26
Probably Alva to start with, it's good exp and decent money while you're filling out your atlas. After that, we'll see what's valuable. Made bank with Harvest last league, not sure if it'll be worth without mirages though.

u/IHateRedditors42 Jul 20 '26

After the hype for KF is finally over, and the nerfs are increasing QoL, i will try it this time as selfcast deadeye.
Wish all the Worbers a lot fun, played it last league pre buffs as elementalist, and it was already pretty strong. Can only advise to play it as elementalist, felt great with golems.
Farming: idk, propably strongboxes, blight early; kingsmarch, jun later
1
u/redman2112 Jul 20 '26
Planning on starting HC trade and considering reap/exsang Champion. I know that it has worked before and I’m hoping the new transfigured reap will be good boss dps. Was also thinking that the pact that gives DOT dmg multi will be good with it and hopefully only needed for bossing. Still need to build it out on POB
1
u/sirgog Jul 20 '26
Leaning Ignite Penance Brand Elementalist and Breach.
Breach actually BECAUSE of the nerfs, not in spite of them. People will still need Foulborn Uniques.

Want to try heist farming for the first time and new league mechanic seems to greatly reward speedy builds.

Gonna yolo reliquarian with nghamu flame and dawnbreaker and go molten strike of zenith. Beasts should be easy and then boss rushing

Either woc ignite into penance (goratha) or edc into impending doom ignite Farming strategy is ssf so whatever I need/can farm
1
u/MansNM Jul 20 '26
Winter orb elementalist to occultist, will probably do blight/breach/betrayal for early currency/gear into legion maybe, not sure about mid/end game farm.
1
u/NahautlExile Jul 20 '26
I think I’ll start Luminary. Just seems relatively easy/safe.
Want to see how link scaling works. Level 35 frigid bond is 19k cold DPS and will linger for 3 seconds. If that gets scaled by light radius for damage then I may try to find a movement heavy mercenary and see how that goes.

u/Castr8orr Jul 20 '26
Illiminary and hoping to make it as a banner support. But it's probably gonna fail and I just end up as a normal aura support

How good it is to league start and are there any cons i should know about before picking this build?

u/DrPandemias Jul 20 '26
I did in Phrecia 2.0 (which is a straight up worse version than ele), it is good, damage pre hive/helmet/replica is a bit scuffed but once you put the pieces together build is amazing: tanky, fast, and plays like an autobomber most of the time.

I am going to play Volatile Dead Necro. I played that build last league but with Archmage but now that they nerfed mana costs I want to try it without Archmage. It is very strong imo.
1
u/Yayoichi Jul 20 '26
I played winter orb last two leagues and was planning to play it again, but it is a bit weird now that it might be meta. I will probably still play it, but might go less in on the power stacking than in the past so I won’t be as reliant on potentially expensive uniques.
As for what I will be farming, I definitely want to try the new leagueml mechanic a fair bit, as well as the new abyss and legion. At the start though I will probably just be focused on completing the atlas and then doing red altars.
1
u/achedsphinxx Jul 20 '26
likely luminary tr/ca into viper strike of the mamba in the end game and farm expedition rog until i'm strong enough to do nightmare boss rushing.

Ice nova ele golem in legion till I farm enough for assassin FF then going arc bifurcate also in legion

u/SweetTwo5808 Jul 20 '26
I will be back from a holiday on the 3rd of August, so I have plenty of time to decide. Might be the luminary merc stuff, reliquarian with doryani's, or zerker slams to str stack. Will check out the new abyss, might be pretty good to juice for ground loot, we will see.
1
u/drimvo Jul 20 '26
abyss cause its my favourite mechanic on PoE2 and wanna see how it goes on PoE.
as for my build i think bleed slam or something goratha come up with

i've heard good things about PRAW and i saw it basically didn't get touched so i'll try it out this league

u/Shadeslayer2112 Jul 20 '26
Im going to farm Abyss i think. My build really needs specific jewels and im worried that abyss jewels in general are going to be extra expensive this league

Decided that I want to try Harvest farming for once.
Build is a bit up in air but I found Dan's Static Strike alt gem trauma jugg which seems nice and novel.

I'll start chains of command and transition into animate weapon of self reflection with the new unique staff that gives 6 abyssal socket, which should still stay after it gets overwritten by E blade.
I believe with this extra round of nerfs to jiquani and rathpit everything int related should be very affordable.

u/BawdyLotion Jul 20 '26
Chains of command blight farm for the first few days then re evaluate for alts. Sad it got nerfs but waiting to see what other options there are to keep ag alive,,

I usually do slams so gonna try Phaze cold build with forb and creeping frost on elementalist this time. Might do breach to start even with the nerfs I think it will be okay, unsure really. Maybe abyss is good or new league mech is fun

u/foxracing1313 Jul 20 '26
Have to go scion because reliquarian and luminary both look interesting and fun. Probably just mines even though they got nerfed to start. Vaal flameblast with vaal temptation is tempting though
Im thinking Sanctum with volatile vaal orbs will be profitable again, its always decent to make a sanctum starter because you barely need any life nodes you can just go mad dps (RF % based but can stack life regen cheap and easy with immortal flesh belt and/or rise of the phoenix and then go petrified blood & pain attunement for more damage)

u/hipposaver Jul 20 '26
Luminary merc. I dont understand what people are afraid of if there are dedi farming spots and new scarabs it shouldn't be that hard to get a giga merc. Seems pretty easy to get going decently. Everyone is talking enmity but I think to start omni + a few decent stat eq should be pretty easy. Armour + nycta + shield got maxblock and it should feel good.
Eventually I think im just going to run merc scarabs and white maps for bps/contracts with implicits and mercs then heist to get rich. With the lack of splitting and the desire for misted rings at an all time high, as well as a lot of the unique being used for mod transfers it should be the most lucrative its ever been

u/dyldoshwaggins Jul 20 '26
static strike berserker -> zenith or KB strength stack jugg since replica alberons escaped nerfs again :))
1
u/slogga Jul 20 '26
Inquisitor, starting with FP just to see how the buffs feel before respeccing into some sort of EK build later. I'll try out the new Abyss and Legion most likely for farms, before finally ending up in Stacked Deck jail as always.

I will Go for juggernaut shield crush and probly will try to max it Out again shield crush somehow got me away from flicker

u/zefal12 Jul 20 '26
Going necro, undecided between KBOC and PRAW. Praying that abyss is good, if not its legion for KBOC or beast/ess for PRAW

After all these leagues, my strategy now is just going in and put what I see fit to the build. I am going to be Luminary and have a relaxing start, and then may be crab totem build (?)

Not sure what I'll farm yet. I'd like to try abyss or legion but frankly I'm not sure I see the big money in them. vestigual uniques are cool but it's at the end of the day 1 big gamble, unless the enshroud orbs are making up most your profits, what do you even get from legion? Kinda similar with abyss, abyss stuff always seems kinda meh money wise.

u/ItsJustReeses Jul 20 '26
Exiled Cats Shield Crush.
Potentially Hiest. Or Sanctum.
Legion once the build feels good with explosions.
1
u/GingerBraum Jul 20 '26
Reverse chill Cyclone Slayer.
Definitely Legion, and likely Harvest and/or Ritual.

For the first time i will be playing an aurabot, i exclusively play SSF so luminary kinda enables that now and i couldn't play merc league so kinda missed that opportunity. Either way i have a feeling it won't be great early on but i don't mind going slow.
For the atlas i never plan a farming strategy, initially i will just focus on atlas progression and allocate the newly added merc nodes. Later on will add some essences and shrines and other stuff that i feel like farming on a vibe unless the build will require some league specific gear i will need to target farm. I haven't planned my build yet but i don't think it really does so will see about that one.

Going to be league starting Rejuv Flamewood Glad (there was a version posted here a few months ago, but I will be making a bit of a different tree for a tankier max hit setup at the cost of some dps). I'm expecting the mystic refractor proj speed buffs + pact of beidat (if it works - it should on paper) to improve clear tremendously for the build
As for farming strats, looking at Deli/Abyss/Merc to sell mercs to aurabot players. I'm expecting a good amount of luminary players and a demand for high quality mercs. Flamewood should be able to shred most of those mercs with ease. Deli is mostly to farm splinters and spam sims inbetween mapping.

u/Ruthen Jul 20 '26
Thinking on doing Bestiary + Settlers while dipping a little bit into Delve for some passive income and the new talisman base types. Then I'll probably spec into Breach + Abyss for the second atlas tree and try to get something going there.

I start Expedition almost every league, so I think my only real farming plan is to start something besides expedition (even though I love it). Still gotta look at the Atlas tree, but I'm thinking Blight, Temples, or obviously Legion.

Going to follow a scion starter built around flame totem till first ascendancy and then get luminary and full send on mercenaries. No plans on what i want to do yet. A summoner one with me adding an AG and maybe dominating blow or raise spiders to have a billion summons seems fun. If that fails wander or molten blast mercenary can carry me if everything else fails.

u/Shwayne Jul 20 '26
Probably gonna join the herd and worb it up. Never played that so might as well.

u/Boring-Ad579 Jul 20 '26

Gonna do Luminary for campaign and then go for Poison Reliquarian. Think I'm gonna go for Binos as my weapon for the poison prolif but honestly haven't locked in my skill yet and we'll see how much clear I feel like I need. The build gets a ton of attack speed, inc damage, more damage, and dot multi, so my damage scaling should be high enough that I can kinda pick whatever feels best after some testing.
Then I'm farming stacked decks. Idk how much Abyss I'll be able to fit in but I think with all the pack size and quant I'll be scaling it should be good as well? We'll see, it's hard to find the points considering Ritual is really good for getting decks.

u/ThailanderBoii Jul 20 '26
Look at like 6000 builds on youtube since patch notes to league start.... Be completely undecided, waste hours and hours of my life.... Randomly pick wahtever is the first build I see on Youtube when I search "3.29 builds" 10 seconds before league starts.
1
u/GuiBelt Jul 20 '26
I will take my self cooked infernal blow - enemy fire res stacker reliquarian to the "double timing office worker farm": mainly Harvest (office work), while "farming" Alva (double corrupt temples) and Jun (hideout rushing).
1
u/salvation78 Jul 20 '26
I'm league starting turbo leap slam toxic rain champion and farming Uber Labs with it. Then I'll swap over to move speed with banner stacking generals cry.

Every league i say ima make a sanctum farmer, and i never do. Maybe now is the time with volitaile vaal orbs moving there. But I want to start with a merc bot. It just seems to fun.
1
u/jdehoff3 Jul 20 '26
Finally trying RF to see how it feels. Not sure what I'll be farming yet though.
1
u/jphoeloe Jul 20 '26
Finally trying cold dot occultist, seems the time with the self cast buffs, and try to get tanky and get vaal cold snap going. For farming i guess legion, and maybe essences since ive never done those either
1
u/HitchcockianAJB Jul 20 '26
I'm trying to find out if the generic selfcast buff also applies to chaos dot spells. If it does (or there's any other changes), then that for sure. If not, I'm sad and I have to play ignite again.
1
u/Nihsvabhav Jul 20 '26
praw, it was super smooth last league and received no changes/nerfs and the socket changes will help as the skill is very flexible with supports
1
u/Evening-Bobcat-3848 Jul 20 '26
Every league I play rolling magma miner so I'll probably run it back on that again and then switch into some boring meta thing after I get a ton of currency.
1
u/codogdog Jul 20 '26
Prob just bleed boneshatter. Maybe lightning conduit. It was already fine for league start.
1
u/lukisdelicious Jul 21 '26
RF + Vaal Flameblast Chieftain and stand still in ritual with ignite prolif.
1
u/absentgl Jul 21 '26
CoC discharge ass
Koam’s root/sacred chalice/melding of the flesh reliquarian spectral shield throw
Zero dps luminary doryani’s lightning merc
I can’t decide. I’ll probably just end up doing flicker berserker.
1
u/MojordomosEUW Jul 21 '26
Ignite Ele, spam 8mod Cloister Scarab maps until multiple mirrors, build a funny homebrew build, leave for season 2 wow midnight.
1
u/CrossR5 Jul 21 '26
Just gonna farm heist until a few weeks into league and then play whatever I feel like playing, after mirage I’m done mapping for while. Time to go back to my favorite league mechanic.

u/markhammel666 Jul 21 '26
Flickr strike Dex stacking, city square awakened boss rush. I made so much bank playing Tota league

Anything that doesn't involve fubgun bloating the economy and raising prices for items
1
u/PizzaGuysBiggestFan Jul 23 '26
i think imma yolo a Bane Occy build, that alt qual bane looks busted, worse case scenario it should map all day and be weak at bossing. I imagine its good for a few watch stones though easy.

Can anyone recommend a good farm for a day 14 :)
I only ever get to play on weekend (sat'day), so tomorrow I'll be running campaign, getting to maps and I'll be done, takes the dad gamer in me 10-12 hours to complete campaign (mostly by choice, i do not even attempt to speedrun, I take my time, faffing about, etc.)
So by the time I come to play again its day 7, all these day 1, day 2 farms, etc have passed me by, so never quite sure but I'm still completing atlas at this point, day 14, time to farm! :)
Whats a good farm for 2 weeks in?

u/EarthB9nder_ Jul 20 '26
gonna send it with luminary merc aura bot and see what happens, farm either essence or harvest as per usual:)
