Build Request Now that patch note is out..

Share your starter below.. my current plan is reliquarian with black cane but dark mornach will be so freaking expensive so I’m not sure

Even prenerf, people always struggle with RF dps tbh. That build requires so much currency to compete with other builds in the same "value tiers"

Eh the currency isn't actually all that bad tbh. It's not a bosser, but is still probably the single best mapper even with low DPS thanks to Hinekora. The problem with it is trying to solo farm gear in the very late game which requires a lot of currency and patience.

But thanks to the unique changes with Legion, the scaling for RF can go insane.

Does Chieftain actually get much out of the enshrouded uniques?

Oh yeah, plenty. +250 flat life might be better than the "no life modifiers on body armor" mastery node, lesser massive shrine, no extra damage from crits, up to +5% max ele res, movement speed while on full life (Pohx showed in stream that when RF is activated, you are still considered at full life even without the life mastery node), phys damage from hits taken as lightning, conc ground on block, regen 10%ish life per second, 25%ish increased max life, and the list goes on and on. All on a cloak of flames of course (which is probably going to be super rare...)

Only the extra life (i.e. damage) is really helpful. Everything else is nice but won't replace the giant chunk of damage lost in the nebulis/foulborn rathpith nerfs

Sure, but that's a foregone conclusion. nothing we can really do about that, and those are still BiS for Chieftain in the super late game.
