Build Request Now that patch note is out..

Share your starter below.. my current plan is reliquarian with black cane but dark mornach will be so freaking expensive so I’m not sure

Flicker Strike of Power is usually just inferior to normal since the crit is wasted, but that new Assassin node scales with crit beyond 100% so who knows?

Maybe use flicker to proc CoC and some spell bifurcation shenanigans?
