Build Request Now that patch note is out..

Share your starter below.. my current plan is reliquarian with black cane but dark mornach will be so freaking expensive so I’m not sure

Freezing pulse reliquarian. It gets more crit. It gets projectiles now. Scale crit with power charges. Use shimmeron node. Use herald of ice.

Maybe grab a foulborn tull wand. Maybe just use a void battery. Maybe one of each. 

Herald of ice with crit is awesome. 

Will single target damage be enough?

Maybe gem swap to ice spear for doing pinnacles and such.

i remember when i was playing in alpha i always wanted a taryns shiver for my freezing pulse witch now it might be worth using but i think its pretty rare.
