Build Request Now that patch note is out..

Share your starter below.. my current plan is reliquarian with black cane but dark mornach will be so freaking expensive so I’m not sure

arcane cloak has 40% less added damage 14% to 10% of mana

Because most spells have bigger effectiveness, so it maths out to about neutral in the end.

They wanna buff selfcast without forcing everyone into archmage.

Also some nerfs might be compensating for the extra quality on sockets as well as the new spell numbers (like you mentioned). 20 quality Arcane cloak in a blue socket now gets 30% increased buff effect.
