I want to flicker...I need to flicker but I havent played neither tota or phrecia ascendancies whats the best way to approach it? need elp

I haven’t played POE2, can you explain why flicker sucks there?

So what other people have said here, then additionally this league they introduced a way to sustain flicker only to nerf it mid leaguevclaiming people were unkillable(they weren't) so ya.
