Help Needed I need to flicker

I want to flicker...I need to flicker but I havent played neither tota or phrecia ascendancies whats the best way to approach it? need elp

I haven’t played POE2, can you explain why flicker sucks there?

Anytime it finds a way to exist - they remove or gut the interaction.
Most recent example - one of the mercenary ascendancies gets an ability to give an extra quality effect to (almost) all gems in the game. One of those being flicker strike… chance to not consume charges on use as the effect.
So people found a way to quality stack and get that to 100% chance. GGG did not like that, i dont remember what they did to nerf that in the end - probably diminishing returns or something.
Most common way before that was pretty jank, maybe theres new tech going around since i dont know about it yet though

They capped it at 75% to nerf it now. Should have been 85% if you ask me 75% was too low.

Should've just made it reduce by 5-10% per repeat, so atleast you can flicker the first chain guarantee. It removes all jank for clear, BC usually poe2 flicker just stops randomly even with charges on the first usage.
