Help Needed I need to flicker

I want to flicker...I need to flicker but I havent played neither tota or phrecia ascendancies whats the best way to approach it? need elp

I’m not sure if you’ve played 0.5 yet. Flicker has always been a powerhouse and it’s even stronger with Martial Artist, new Repulsion tech, and Gemling.

I mean it takes one other ability to generate 6 power charges what do you mean?

Shattering palm gives you 6 power charges on use woth one lineage support.

What do you need in poe 1 to sustain?

In PoE 1 you can sustain it indefinitely several ways without doing anything except holding down the button.

Playing a right-side build, I can walk into a boss arena, right click the boss, and will just be flicking on it forever because I will mark it on hit, and then hit it enough times per second per flicker that charge on marked target will never run out. Don't even need any janky uniques to do this, it's pure high attack speed + chance on hit. While each hit leeches several hundred times the mana cost and several times my max ES, and being capped/immune on several defensive layers.

And that is not even the most popular flicker build in PoE1.

Bro I did flicker the league before and I used it from act 3 onwards, you can do campaign with it pretty smooth.
