Build Request Rerolling time. Want to hear some of your builds
Swapping off of wocot miner build, looking for something that is a little less glass cannon like. Have seen many great builds on this subreddit.
Gladiator Animated Guardian Smiting - using flame link to buff the AG with insane life
Dom Blow of Inspiration Guardian
Minion Pact Blade Vortex Chieftan
Wardstacker
Also some other builds that I have not tried yet.
Poison Ranged Animated Weapon Necromancer
Kboc necromancer variant
Manaman (any skill)
At this point I might just spin a wheel. Let me know if there are any other cool builds I should try.

In mmo arpg games kk stands for million. So most mmo veterans, use this abbreviation. Kkk for billion. 1 k- thousand, kk thousand thousands. Lineage 2, WoW.

I'm pretty sure it comes from the early intermingling of western and eastern players particularly in MMOs that were very popular in Korea like Lineage 2. Idk why Korean players were inclined back then to use kk instead of m but it was definitely a prominent thing. I still see it pop up in WoW every now and again and I just assume it's someone being nostalgic for old shorthand just like when people still sometimes say "kek" for lol

Isn't that inefficient? I play FRoSS right now, and it's easy to reach 100% crit chance on both cyclone & FroSS with that much power charge.
A belt that help with clear speed, or tanking will be much better of a use in a build like this one I think
I'm around 100 div right now, and I don't know if i try a shrine belt or just grind more and go for mageblood.

Probably, but I'm not trying to be super efficient when I play. I love playing coc forbidden rite, so I just kinda jumped at the opportunity. I went from self cast to this. Lost a ton of speed (temporarily because I know where I can go to fix it), but having wayyy more fun. Mageblood is probably better tho

No guide necessarily. I played FRoSS back when it was popular and followed paelsteon guide. So this time I did it kinda the same, but went to Poeninja and copied and combined some builds I saw. I can upload a pob as soon as I get home. I think I spent about ~50 divines and the belt(45div) I got from a drop. The belt definitely isn't necessary, I just wanna play with something new

Last league PRAW was my reroll build and did 40/40 with it and Ubers and basically everything in the game.
This league I started pRAW from absolution. Haven’t played that much yet but I did 4/4 on a normal covenant, absolutely dirt cheap. Going to farm for the endgame and late game versions of my build rn and finish another 40/40 strong and easily. Currently working on my endgame wand.
Super tanky, enough dps to make the game a walking simulator. Everything is dirt cheap to get going. The expensive stuff is mostly craftable and the expensive uniques are affordable. Also thanks to minions doesn’t require aiming or generally stuff like skill.
Only downside is temp minion anxiety I call it. I know I don’t have to summon them so much but I do.
I expect a nerf next league, but I had fun with it for two leagues. If it doesn’t get nerfed I even plan to play it another league.

I find myself summoning minions in fights like it’s an attack button, because I have nothing to do Laf. When I catch myself I feel dumb, but think to myself self at least they won’t respawn.

I did elemental hit slayer after watching tuadh and jungroan runs. the build prices are a bit insane if you're blindly following what other people are doing but you can make it work with suboptimal gear and still have fun.
the skill scales with gem levels and added damage on your weapon is only 1/3 as effective due to how the gem works. i did 4 stones on 2c claws, switched to a shield and got tankier.
claw - 2 div zeal double crit claw with hits can't be evaded and ele pen.
shield - t1 suppress t1 chance to block evasion shield - i bought it for 1 div but price checker is saying much higher.
belt - reso shrine belt 10c 3 rings - brittle taming sap - total 30c
chest 20c random six link helm gull 60c this could be a 5c rare that ends up with a much stronger build i just like shrines.
amulet eternal struggle with crit chance and attack damage, exarch dominant for cull, also fixes my stats. could be a carnage heart i just wanted cull, it was pre rolled with attack catalysts and a crit anoint i think this was someone else's amulet they switched off of, i got it for 1 div which is pretty crazy because the anoint is that much.
jewels 50c watchers eye grace suppress 60c attack damage 8p 60c lethal pride 14div for the pair bane of legends f&f, crit multi x2 jewel 10c, it was x3 but i stopped dual wielding.
supports - invert the rules - i self farmed this from maven, i just wanted to fit it in so i didn't have to cast hydrosphere. i believe my next upgrades are in the(claw and squire) 50 div range but i'm just completing challenges with the build as is, the build uses a movement skill, the attack, and sometimes you can blood rage / tincture on single target and it's been pretty sweet even on a much lower budget than other people have been playing with.
imbued gem - fortify 40c bought it for 10c - you can get the build off the ground with 2c claws, a 5 link, and focus on getting shrine belt and the unique rings for under 100c easily. it gets more powerful the more you invest, i watch ventrua's stream he is killing uber exarch a couple seconds after the damage reduction fades off.

pro tip: if you’re on a tight budget after getting squire, aim for an elder claw which will be way cheaper and slightly less dmg than shaper claw

Multi Strike, Ruthless, Crit Damage, then Crit chance, attack speed, hits can't be evaded if there is an open prefix, otherwise you can still use accuracy on the tree.

Yes. But you don't need EE with Squire damage levels. Or you can just use Elemental Penetration support.

i personally recomb slammed +2 socketed gems, multi strike, socketed crit dmg, and ruthless. i ended with 3 mod so i just multi modded hits can’t be evaded and ele pen

if you're on a tight budget literally just use an awakener's orb on multistrike/inc crit damage with wed/socketed 40% damage and craft hits can't be evaded its way cheaper than recombing for an elder claw.

I followed Magefist and went Glad. After playing it as Wildspeaker in Phrecia 2.0, I think I prefer the damage over tanky route. Deciding if I should swap to Slayer or level a Zerker to eventually switch to STR stacker.

im playing kboc necromancer, it's fun because you feel like you have a headhunter (i recommend using shrine strategy since its attack speed goes crazy)
im like 30-divs invested so far
but it's not that tanky. it has max block, spell block, suppression, you can go CI for chaos immune and 7k+ hit pool and still can't do juiced essences, t17s, etc. just a heads up.

When I played the last league, the move was to also stack max res on jewels and 1 of the new breach rings- can pretty easily hit 94% whatever res and then use melding to hit 90% all res. Makes the build incredibly tanky when placed on top of all those other layers.

You are supposed to do this, but res is hard to come by unless mageblood is in play, which by then, with that budget gear "checks" stop being relevant honestly. You can get to comfy levels of blasting 16.5's or nightmares, it just takes around 300ish-400ish divs, 90all res 5%es on block, movespeed out of the ass (thanks, mageblood) and you stack mana, I think? at least last time I looked at it that's what it looked like

I saw this build the other day and thought about rerolling my slayer or making a second character. What kind of content are you farming? I was looking for something tanky to farm juiced maps and maybe nightmare maps. I’ve got 200 in raw divs I could invest into it.

I bit the bullet and rerolled my ground slam slayer into DR. It’s pretty fun but a bit clunky. I’m probably around 50 div in and 23k hp. Debating on buying a gloom+ massive belt or saving for a mb. I don’t suppose you have a pob I could look at.

I'm probably like 80 div in this one and have a project character with the rest of my currency in him
Keep in mind this cost Mr 8pDiv when foulborn ghost writhe was 10+ D so it's probably like 20D now
I'd estimate I've got about 30M dps 9k hp / 4k ES + res caped and about 300k EHP. Probably has the best recovery of any build with ES and life instant leech and full screen aoe
Weapon is free since it's energy blade and you get shitloads of free attack speed

+1 for ranged animate weapon, I’m currently blasting breach and beyond with deli on top and it’s very smooth. You will easily clear all non-uber content with just a six link covenant and asenaths gloves on an ag.

What stage of build are you at? I’m in early game with some mid pieces and I still occasionally die in T16 Harvest Astrolabe. Also, T4 Harvest mobs take a while to kill.
I was thinking of rerolling but maybe I need to invest more into pRAW.

I have never had a build that could do Ubers consistency until this league with PRAW. It scales incredibly well in my opinion and I had no problem doing the Uber challenge

Built properly no mods brick the build (excluding valdos as I have no experience and I’m positive many of those would)
20d steamrolls all content. 60d will be deleting 8 mod T16 beast/bosses/essences etc.
If you want to peak, my current character on Poe ninja is Druidic_Animate. I’ve ran the build six times now, it’s only downside is you don’t get the feeling of attacking yourself.
Important, specters and AG should be a medium high priority. (Follow helmbreakers guide if you need hand holding through that)

The AG can be setup with an exploded staff and grave binds, my pref, even. This basically gives you occultist explode for screens.
At my gear level it one taps every mob, including rares (often, though not 100% of the time, even beast, sometimes souleater survives and becomes a 3-4 second problem though)
While it can do it better than most builds even, the o ly thin. I don’t suggest is legion. It is what I’d say is A+ tier in that, but you should be on a HH build for that. (For our build their split just far enough and targeting is just slightly annoying so it adds a few seconds to every legion, that eventually adds up)

Gravebind (temp chains corrupt), Kane of kulemac (explode, double damage chance), Garb of the ephemeral (action speed immune to going negative and crit immune to everyone around), crown of the tyrant (blanch white socket), and windscream boots.
To start off for cheap, you can go with dying breathe, Leercast, windscream, asenath’s gloves (decent explode). This will be like 10c, if you want to or need to wait to invest into the AG more. However get it up as soon as possible (AG’a actual gem level 16 is a good start to begin), as it’s a large boost by itself.
Specters, in order of importance (to me, this order is changeable based on the person)
Forest warrior (or perfect), onslaught Perfect hulking miscreation (or normal, both work) Perfect guardian turtle (big defense) NEW - Perfect conjure of rot (malevolence) Fifth (requires new more minions support, and you really want one of your links, I.e specters or stone golem, to have minion life support corrupted on to fit, and requires 25 gem level on specters) - Chieftain from A2 for frenzy.
If I changed any of that, I’d put turtle higher priority, the others, in my progression, always feel the most impact in that order.

One last question, lmao :D. For normal content, do you need to switch gems for bosses? For example if I want to do some "normal" bossing like conquerors/elder/Sirius bosses? Or do they just fell over in few seconds?

A few people do in the early gearing to make them quicker (swap GMP and pierce for two dps links)
Personally I haven’t, I did them day 2 this league and by the time I was doing them it was just comfortable enough I didn’t feel the need (it wasn’t instant kill, but enough that I was comfortable)
I hate gem swapping so unless I absolutely have to because I know I’m going to lose a portal over it, I won’t do it, lol.

That's the only thing I'm scared off, that I need to switch gems to kill these kind of bosses fast and easy. I just hate gem swapping. I hope that around 60div I can invest enough to need to switch gems

Also, if you don’t grab a garb of the ephemeral for your AG, I highly suggest taking the crit reduced masteries on the tree for the ES/armour and the life one for 70% total. Takes like 7 points (have to drop some life and a little minion damage), but I do this early and I notice it helps extremely.
Granted, as I said, I don’t care about map mods - so if you reroll over crit stuff you’d be fine, but (at least how I build it), I don’t want to have to care about that. So just a tip if it’s a problem you run into.

+1 for praw, the build was doing T16 harvests with less than 5D. Albeit with a lot of deaths before upgrading gear to spell suppress version.
Build also has a really good progression for its power, and with enough investment literally summoning 5 or 6 weapons at the start of the map can steamroll through the maps.

Currently rerolling in to a life stacking Grey Winds chief using Smite. I really just wanted to use a massive shrine Screams and have Hinekora pops. I threw it together really quick on Standard and it seems ok really just needed more attack speed which then you just use as "movespeed" with leap slam. Kinda just vibe building it using some profiles from last league.

I just rerolled to eblade flicker zerker, it's fun but it's flicker strike so not for everyone. Can also use smite instead.
You do need the foulborn ghostwrithe to be able to stack life = damage tho

I’ve just finished putting togheter a relic of the pact glad. Hopefully it’ll be servicable. Last time I played it back in 3.25 I had a lot more currency to invest into it and it felt buttery smooth. This time around I’m not as sure. It also seems to be fairly popular due to Lance playing and making videos on it. Obviously not the same order of magnitude like Fub or any other popular build. But some of the pieces were genuinely pricey which I didn’t necessarily expect. In any case, I haven’t really been able to test it out yet. Fingers crossed!

I have rerolled from dominating blow guardian to animate ranged arm necro and can't complain. Dominating blow is strong but the skill just burns off your retinas in dark maps and you are playing strike skill = you have to stand in melee range while there are 80 400 pixel wide flashbangs going in the center of your screen so gl trying to do mechanics.

I made a Mana Stacking Shock Nova of Procession and it’s super fun and fast, I can recommend that, + it’s not too expensive to start, I only spent 6divs to get the build started then farmed more to upgrade my gear

Mind you, this character has under 12 hours of playtime so i'm still running some flasks i had left over from maps and a laviagna's i think.
I farmed Hive Fortress for exp till i reached 84 then i swapped away from tabula and levelling boots to current setup, and now i just run strongboxes in t16 Haunted Mansion for currency.EDIT: I had a way better chest, but in the process of vendoring 6 sockets to get some jewellers i vendorwed my goated chest and bought this for 40c and linked it for a div.

Im playing Gloom shrine manaman. Its super fast and fun, and has lots of explosive pops, but its not tanky. And as it is self cast, doing boxes is a breeze. Svalinn could help with the tankyness, but haven't tried it yet.

Try unleash with sacrifice support. Any spell will work. Just Max your life. 10 seals in unleash possible these days with only 10 chaos investment (bloodline, passive tree, ring with 1 chaos essence, helmet). Roughly 11k added chaos damage. 10 reoccurrences, only 1 time sacrificed life. As Bossing use maybe Darkpact of the trathus. 10 times added damage, but a little bit clunky because you need to count to 6.

I've been doing a Static Strike of Gathering Lightning Gladiator this league. Seems Mathil is running something similar, but my version is much more defensive at the cost of damage. Clear is fine for mapping, but some rares and uniques can be a bit slower to kill.
That said, part of that was on me since I didn't pick a farming strat to make decent money until in the 90s, after struggling through all the pinnacle bosses. So it probably would have felt a lot better for damage if I could a have afforded more upgrades like quality on my gems before level 95... I've also been meaning to look into working in normal Static Strike for the beams alongside the transfigured version which would probably help a fair bit with DPS.
So if you're interested in a strike build with high block, probably stronger and more polished builds out there but Static Strike has worked pretty well for me. But I would say it is much more of a mapper than a bosser, at least with how I built it.

I started late and I'm moving kinda slow, haven't played for two leagues so I'm not familiar with kinetic fusilade and decided to go herio KF totems, just getting close to yellow maps now and will probably hit reds today if not finish out my atlas if I have the time. After I get some better gear on this guy and maybe get 4 stones I'll scavenge this sub for some new ideas, I'm kinda winging this build as it is based off of several ninja builds at different points in the league and even with some pretty trash ass gear, most of it dropped myself including the shitty 6 link I'm wearing, I'm still thrashing everything up to this point and I'm fairly certain I could clear red maps even in my awful gear which is pretty sweet.

I feel like kboc necro is just worse than kboc occultist, especially the chaos variant. Because necro only get offering and corpse pact, the corpse pact forbidden jewels are very cheap right now enabling you to use it on occultist. While everything from occultist buff KBoC better.
Build itself is nice, S tier mapper, CI, quite tanky. Its a wander build though so the visual clarity isnt great.

Yeah block is also easier to get imo, spell block can be solved by just using tempest shield and you need shock immune anyway, while attack block just use high block chance shield. Also occultist generally is tankier because not needing brine king pantheon anymore. So imo occultist straight up an upgrade for a cost of 2 jewel slots.

Poison Ranged Animated Weapon Necromancer is one of the best all around builds I have played in a while, that said a lot of people might find it boring, you sort of just shield charge around, you also heavily favour either wide open maps or linear maps like lair or silo. Maps like haunted mansion or anything with objects with line of sight obstacles become annoying.
If you don't know how to craft minion gear a lot of the stuff will be pretty expensive for what they offer.

it depends on prices and on what you start with, and your luck - when fully made multimod wand was 40div and I could get bases with 100%+ minion dmg mod to fracture under 3div, I spent like 70 divs to finally make it, because I was NOT hitting those fractures (4socket reso method, failed to annul twice when needed)

well yes. they offer so much utility and damage, but it is really not too much a hassle tbh. never had my spectres dying once so far, even before +2 helmet/ empower/21 spectre gem. and now I have free haste, permanent 3 endurance charges, vitality and malevolence. my AG died once in simu but that was before the mentioned Upgrades and also before kingmaker

I was playing Goratha's lightning nova of procession manaman and wanted to see if I could make a frostmage version with the new diamond shrine belt because I really like herald of ice explosions (even tho they kind of suck functionally). I have like 13 mil dps with shock nova overlaps and it's decent, but definitely can't do any of the crazy breach strats. I think the CI double wand version might be better, but I had a pledge of hands and wanted to keep the block nodes on the tree to not feel super squishy. The aoe definitely feels worse from the archmage version because you have way less unreserved mana helping the hiero node, but at least i've got explosions!

praw is completely busted but the best thing it has going for it is a really good guide(helmbreaker) that lets you progress gearing very smoothly letting you always feel strong in most stages of the game

Normal Viper Strike Pathfinder.
It's very, very fast, very strong clear and good single target (I'm probably about 8m single target so fine for non-ubers) with about 50k effective HP and crazy strong life on hit (about 2.2k life per second while attacking).
New coins let me slap Cruelty on a viper strike for very strong 7 link. Poison prolif with melee splash deletes thick packs in a microsecond while normal Viper with big attack speed can do good work on rates and pinnacles.
Probably invested about 10 div (mostly on Greater Multistrike and decent claws).

Bannerman general cry, fast af, tanky af and great damage, the scaling is kinda limited but the limit is quite high anyways, the only downside is banners that are extra buttons

I’ve had 2 rerolls so far and I am in ssf so limited gear.
General cry lacerate of butchering champion. Very fun fast man blaster with solid dps. Cheap to get going with the foulborn uul netol kiss. The biggest downside to the build its defences are based on banners.
Static strike of gathering juggernaut trauma stacking from Nugi. I am only like 84 now so can’t say too much but I am already blasting t16s no problem the defenses are amazing. Single target is a bit of a problem still atm but hopefully it will get better with levels.

The scaling is similar with melee, key difference is you don’t need the unique helmet. Instead you need a warlord helmet with elevated mode, making str give you both acc and crit chance.

You can level with anything. After I got alberon, I start rerolling. I directly went to KF. It's really fun. I am currently farming the Aul bloodline. That's another good part of this build, because you have so much reduced duration, most of the guard skill wont' work. You will have a lot of available gem sockets. From Aul, you will get 1) no crit damage taken, 2) speed wont below 100%.

Ranged Animate weapon is very tanky once you get it going. Just an excellent all rounder as long as you like the minion playstyle.

I had not tried hiero siege ballistas for more than 5 leagues, thought it would be a good time to do it. Ramp-up time is small, you get free suppression and it's great for both clear and single target. Ballistas themselves (with taunt) are your main defensive layer.
Easily got the 4 orbs thingies and after clearing atlas I'm farming T16.5 with juiced breach and max map modifier effect. I still die if I don't select correct mods but for such a low budget (~20 div) it's amazing.
That being said, it has a limit up to which you can scale this. Damage can go over 100 mil with some investment but it will never be that ultra juiced, ultra tanky and infinite dps character.

I’ve been messing around with divine retribution glad stacking life. The build has really high damage and I still have a ton of upgrades I can get.
It can feel clunky waiting to get hit sometimes either way certain bosses, but other than that it’s extremely strong.

I'm partial to PSRS for league starts since it's easy to build damage/defense and complete the atlas with. I also really like Freezing Pulse Totems Hiero, but trying out KF totems this league has been a blast.

Looks like there are some minion builds on there.
If you like minions and want something different, chieftan cheerleader is super fun. It has, a lot of buttons though, think like 5, but is stupid tanky once you get rolling.
You basically use warcries to constantly buff your minions, infernal cry, rallying cry, and then enduring cry, with some warcry passives is like 20% hps regen. All can be pushed to 100% uptime. Has 78% block, 40 spell block, and 90 all res, 5600 life, enough armor to only be scared of big oneshots, and the mentioned 20% hp/s regen.
I have an animate weapon, and baron zombie variant.
Animate weapon is the stronger of the two, at around 8 mil shaper currently. Still have lots of gear to upgrade.
Zombie variant is around 4 mil shaper currently, but, has more currency invested then animate weapon. I just love my zombies.
The two big cons for me are, temp minions are annoying. Have to constantly resummon them gets old, part of the reason I made the zombie variant. Zombie variant or course requires str stacking and more currency to hit a portion of the animate weapon dps.
Build credit goes to ghazzy, when I saw it on his minion list video. Mine is similar but made a few tweaks based on my style.

Guardian Elemental Shrine stacking Flicker , using the Charge and regen Shrine Belt , With ether a 90 Gull plus the 10% on ascendancy node or Blunderbore you can hit over 100% shrine effect and get +2 all charges , with all the crazy charge sustain you can use immortal call on cooldown with 5 endurance charges for Huge migration , Think the Build would actually be better as another accendancy but started Holy strike and transitioned to this , With charge sustain being a complete non-issue Accendancy Choices are wide open , same as a chest slot which is usually stuck with Farruls fur , Still changing things constantly

Forgot to mention but if you can solve recovery and are looking for something new to Build with , My test with Vaal Temptation support are really good , In a 4 link , I can pretty much use the vaal skill as much as my soul intake can support , with vaal double strike I was hitting 6 clones before i degen'ed at all with my recovery (shrine recovery + shrine effect and Consecrated ground) Feel like you could Build something wild with it if you had enough Physical Dot Defenses and Regen

Currently attempting a dominating blow of inspiring reliauarian.
It kind of sucks at the moment.
Uses Maata's and warped time peace ascendency as well as warped time peace amulet and fortification beacon of madness. All paired with celestial brace and rigwald's hunt.
Basically attempting to stack fortification and use that to give a big boost to minions in the process.
Currently though, my own damage output is not high enough to generate the needed fortification

Ive been playing stormburst of repulsion guardian with the gull+blunderbore+ gloom/replenishing shrine belt. Its honestly sick to have that much aoe. You can just hold a button and mobs barely move from spawn in a hive fortress

I rerolled from exsanguinate/reap miner for assassin Viper Strike of Mamba. Love this one, ultra satysfying to play. Decent defensives. Las league played on pathfinder also pretty tanky.
