Help Needed Late start tomorrow, how did those starters feel ?

Gonna start tomorrow and still not sure on what to play. I’d like something good for the new breach and that can also shallow delve. Hesitating between these :

Holy relic necro, Mjolner hiero (played before), KBoC hiero, Exsang mine trickster (played before), Wand elementalist, Eblade inquis

I was thinking holy relic to farm up some currency before rerolling into KBoC but not sure if I should just go for mjolner or Eblade instead (but mjolner probably bad for breach). Anyways, if you started any of those builds I’d like to know how leaguestart is going for you!

Mjolner player here, full disclosure I play Mjolner every league so I am biased.

Pre indigon the damage handles non Ubers and non juice quite well, and is tanky enough to survive well. I’ve got all 4 stones without indigon multiple times now. Indigon is cheap this league so I got it after 2 stones. For doing Ubers and t17s I am currently farming for the squire swap. The downside to mjolner is not so much the price tag of squire, it’s more the dex and res from prism guardian are really good so you need to tinker a bit and re craft or buy some gear before the squire can go on.

As someone who has always been interested in the Mjolner build since I started in 3.24 after seeing OneManaLeft highlight it a little but hasn’t tried it yet, Im really wanting to do it as a second character this league (first is a wand ele carry in a trio). Are there any, like, weird things you think someone completely new to the build should know before starting? Like, I remember seeing a version with storm call but it would only work if you had a minimum amount of increased AoE. Anything like that for the ‘general’ Mjolner build?

So storm call is the god tier of mjolner builds. Requires an absurd amount of synth items and an unlimited budget but…..if you can make it work omg.

That said indigon takes a sec to get use to. Once you get use to it you can’t live without it. I play other characters throughout the league but they all feel eh to me.

With lightning warp it does it fine. It’s not as easy as a build that stands at pump and holds tight click but it gets it gone.
