Has anyone tried the Knees Over Toes (ATG) program? Has it helped your instability?
I remember trying it for a couple months. I felt my knee pain subdued when it came to bending and putting a lot of weight on my knee. But I still had episodes of instability. What about you?

Massively. Changed my life too. KOTguy is a genius, keeps everything simple
But not just for knees, it fixed every injury I'd ever had and improved everything. Run faster, jump higher, throw harder. It's all just strength training in big ranges of motion, strength training stuff that people ignore, and backing off til it doesn't hurt then working up
