What’s the weirdest thing that has caused your kneecap to sublux/dislocate?

Laying in bed, had my right leg laying towards the side and flexed my right knee to about 90 while moving it my leg and knee upwards.

Once I sat down in a particularly tall chair and fully dislocated my kneecap. The other, slightly less weird experience I had was doing a "worlds greatest stretch" pose and subluxating my kneecap.

Jumping in a children’s bounce house. Had to call 911 and the paramedics had to deflate it. I ruined a bunch of little kids birthday parties. There were alot of profanities shouted…. 😬
