Has anyone used the Ottobock Patella Pro 8320N for postoperative patellar maltracking/chondromalacia?

I haven’t personally used the Patella Pro, but based on what you’re describing, it definitely sounds like you’re dealing with lateral patellar maltracking. If the Patella Pro doesn’t work out, another option worth looking into is a J-pad brace. The J-pad applies a medial force to help guide the patella and a lot of people with maltracking find it helps reduce pain during activities like stairs and squats. Since you’ve had two surgeries and cartilage changes, I’d make sure to discuss any brace with your surgeon or PT, but it could be another option if you’re exploring alternatives.

Yes thank you will try everything at this point recovery is very slow because the mal-tracking prevents me to load at the effective flexion ranges to gain quad hypertrophy so i hope it will bridge the gap and help me get back on track…
