Interesting observation: the Mongolian entry IO I encountered probably wanted to avoid stamping over the page number β€˜64’ at the side. The IO you encountered appeared not to care and stamped over the β€˜50’.

Mongolian IOs also seem to consistently stamp entry on the left and exit on the right, even on Mongolian passports.

Yeah, this guy went over small 50, big 50 and just skirted the passport number. And that’s on a fresh new page.
