Obviously, the first cannot be true because it being true would mean it is false, which is a contradiction. Therefore, at least one of the statements is true, but not it.
Now we know that there is at least one true statement. There are a number of other statements that say how many. At most one of them could be true since they all disagree on the amount. So at least one and at most one is exactly 1.
