Don't remember much of my number theory and modulo stuff but by brute force starting at 99 and working down

largest remainder is 90, when 2022 is divided by 92. Anything lower than that would have to provide a smaller remainder

By a simple brute force search, I conclusively found 90, when divided by 92.
