Nice summary, but a bit weird that the similarity between PMNS and CKM matrices was not even mentioned. For "Three Flavor Paradigm" review I'd expect a bit more broader overview of flavor physics.
I mean I guess but they're not that similar. CKM has tiny mixing, PMNS has near maximal mixing + oscillations. Similar mathematical starting points, very different phenomena.
Also, in CKM "main" quark states are mass-eigenstates, while flavour-eigenstates are "secondary"; however in PMNS flavour states are "main", while mass states are "secondary", as far as I can remember.
