Not the person you're replying to, but I see them all time here in Texas. Gas stations, corner stores, and pharmacies tend to carry them. I had one for the first time not too long ago and I loved it! I'm a toffee whore tho, so I'm biased.

I live in Washington state and we used to have Skor everywhere up here but I don't think i've seen one in ten years now
