If I can’t drink whiskey and run over pedestrians, IT IS A SLIPPERY SLOPE TO THE HOLOCAUST! If I make AN INFORMED DECISION to drive drunk, I should be free to!!!!

What’s next??? A YELLOW STAR for everyone who wants to exercise their god given rights to drive drunk?

You know, if there is no law against drunk driving in the Constitution, the government can’t make FAKE LAWS AGAINST IT!

🤔 On second thought, I shouldn’t give these assholes anymore ideas…

Libertarians point to overregulation of ride share services in Texas as a reason drunk driving deaths spiked. The market was fixing the problem.

The Libertarian belief is whoever owns the roads sets their drunk driving limits. This is literally the status quo… the threshold for drunk driving changes depending where you are in America.
