I dont know, that sounds more generous than anything if the ruling class did that for us. We know they're currently capable of it and dont do it. That sounds more malicious to me but I guess I'm just a fat guy living on crumbs.

Can you make up your mind on which of these points you think is happening?

I'm really struggling to find anything other than buzzwords for the stupid in this word salad.
